Since April 2014, the government of Kiev carries out a military operation on the south Eastern region of Ukraine where its inhabitants, nonconformist with the coup d´état held in February, proclaimed the Popular Republics of Lugansk and Donetsk.

There is no electricity, water, telephone service for days in Lugansk; and is also lack of food, medicine and fuel.

It has been reported the destruction of the 60 percent of Kramatorsk, Slaviansk, Gorlovka and Shajtiorsk cities daily attacked by mortars, tanks, artillery, rocket launchers and the air force.

The neighbors have taped with their cameras bombings with howitzers with white phosphorus.

Meanwhile, the impacts of the projectiles coming from Ukraine reach the neighboring Russian province of Rotov.

Ukraine army charged against the population of Uglegorsk, in Donetsk province too, where self defense groups reported militaries besieged and attacked the neighbors leaving dozens of civil victims.

Members of Pravy Sektor (Right Sector) extreme nationalist group wing fight inside the army with symbols like those used by the Nazis. These extremists started protests at Maidan from Kiev.

In front of the critical situation of the residents in the zone, Russian authorities announced the arrival of a humanitarian convoy, and the spokesman from the Council of the national Security and Defense asserted it will not be accepted, but the president admitted its permission to pass the control check points between Belgorod and Jarkov regions controlled by Kiev.

The load, inspected by Ukrainian authorities and representatives from the International Committee of the Red Cross with 2, 000 tons of humanitarian aids moved in 280 trucks. Among the articles sent there are 400 tons of cereals, 100 of sugar, 62 of food for children, 54 of drugs and medical equipment, as well as 12, 000 sleeping bags and 69 energy source generators.

On the other hand Ukrainian Parliament passed on Thursday, August 14, a law that allows the government to transfer to American investors and the European Union (E.U.) up to the 49 percent of the shares of the main underground gas conductors and deposits. The top leader from Ukraine said that so far there are few foreigners ready to invest, although it seems to be hopeful in neutralizing the building of the South  Stream, a Russian project to become independent from the supplies coming from the EU without passing through Ukraine.

Parliamentarians have ratified a Project with measures to respond to the alleged “threats” to the national security before, so the government promoted sanctions against Russian people and entities that include among others, the deadlock of the actives, prohibition of finance transactions, as well as the traffic of products through the territory.
Russian President Vladimir Putin, in a recent visit to Crimea said his country will do all possible to find a solution to the Ukrainian conflict without the interference from the West. Likewise Helsinki and Moscow announced to agree to find a solution.

On his part, UN secretary general Ban Ki-moon, called Ukrainian President, Piotor Poroshenko to start talks to put an end to the crisis.
