By offering solutions that optimize processes and transform guest interaction, AI has become an indispensable tool for hotels seeking to remain competitive and meet the expectations of modern travelers.

Cubanacán, the one hundred percent Cuban commercial company, highlighted on its Facebook profile the successful presentation of González Gómez’s thesis, which obtained satisfactory results with the research, according to the publication.

“Her dedication, effort, and commitment to innovation and the development of Cuban tourism are reasons for pride for the entire Cubanacán Hotels family,” the post added.

At the China University of Technology and Business in Beijing, González Gómez and a dozen young people from the province of Matanzas have been pursuing a scholarship for two years, which concludes with the defense of the researched topic to obtain the aforementioned academic degree, according to a report from Radio 26.

Summarizing on her Facebook profile the significance of her stay in the Asian Giant, the young woman said it has been an enriching experience, both professionally and personally. “It has allowed us to deepen our use of leadership and business management tools, always from a global perspective.”

She stated that the University, in addition to having academic excellence, promotes a multicultural environment where students and professionals from different nationalities can share, “and this increases your network of contacts while giving you more vision of the environment and the international market.”

She also expressed that it has been an opportunity to understand China’s perspectives regarding tourism, as well as the customs and traditions of its market.
