Party, government and mass organization authorities, among them the CTCCentral de Trabajadores de Cuba (CTC)The CTC (Workers' Central Union of Cuba) was founded on January 28, 1939 by Lázaro Peña under the name Confederación de Trabajadores de Cuba (Confederation of Cuban Workers), in Santiago de Cuba province are reinforcing the practice of going to communities, labor and student centers to exchange with the population, learn about their concerns and channel solutions to their problems.

In the midst of a complex situation with food supply, water and electricity supply, the priority is to reach the majority of the people with the truth, timely and enlightening information.

In the last 72 hours, led by Beatriz Jhonson Urrutia, first secretary of the Party in the province of Santiago de Cuba, the one-on-one with the people of Santiago de Cuba has spread to the six districts into which the capital municipality is divided.

In areas such as Block J of the José MartíJosé MartíCuban National Hero also known as the Apostle of Independence urban center, the historic center of the city, the villages of Boniato and El Cobre, the authorities have been accompanied by administrative representatives of entities such as Commerce, Aguas Santiago, Dairy Products, Electricity, the Popular Savings and Credit and Commerce Banks, and Transportation, among others.

The managers explain to the inhabitants details related to the adjustment of the opening hours to the public to adjust them to the times of electric service, the rotation of the blocks for the disconnection of the electricity supply in the event of a generation deficit, the adjustments in the distribution of water, in addition to other information of public interest.

In the same way, the administrative staff listens to ideas and suggestions from the population who, aware of the situation the country is going through, propose dynamics that can help alleviate these days of crisis.

In the exchange, the spirit of seeking their own solutions to problems, in unity and with the peace, order and discipline that has been the norm in the daily life of the santiagueros.
