Cargando...The 14th International Puppet Workshop of Matanzas will take place from April 21st to 26th, as the organizers confirmed.
A total of 17 Cuban troupes and several foreign ones will appear on stage, said Rosmary Marrero, main specialist in Promotion and Public Relations of the Provincial Center of Performing Arts of Matanzas (CPAEM).
According to Marrero, performances for children and adults, experimental ones, mixed with dance, music and painting, will grant the possibility to offer a pretty truthful portrait of the best that is being produced in the Cuban puppet theater.
The specialist said that the oldest international forum of the Cuban stage returns after 25 years, which over a hundred companies and figures from the Caribbean, Central America, North America, Europe, Africa and Asia have attended from 1994 to 2018. (Taken from Prensa Latina)
