The Film Conducta Won Coral Award

The film Cuban Conducta produced Ernesto Darana won the Coral Award in the 36th Latin American Film Festival in Havana.

The jury presided over by the Bolivian director Carlos Valdivia, selected Darana’s film for its “moving strength”, as it was read in the verdict during the award ceremony held on Sunday, December 14 at Chaplin Cinema in Havana as it was reported by AFP.

The film was also granted the Masculine Performance Award to the child Arnando Valdes Freire (Chala).

The Coral Award of the audience was for the opera prima Vestido de Novia by the Cuban Marilyn Solaya. The film Meñique won the Coral for the best feature animation film.
