Vice president of the Cuban Council of State, Salvador Valdes Mesa highlighted the priority of the deep analysis to be carried out and far from formalism, to evaluate strategies that will help the fulfilment of the planning.

In his tour to Santiago de Cuba, Lazaro Exposito Canto, first secretary of the Communist Party in the territory joined him as well as Maria de los Angeles Cordero, secretary general of the Cuban Workers Federation in Santiago de Cuba.
