In the seventh ordinary session –presided over by Esteban Lazo, member of the Political Bureau and president of the Cuban Parliament-, Mercedes Acea highlighted that when there is a failure to comply with productivity, it directly affects the population, and we cannot only see it from the economical point of view, because they turn into a social problems for those who are in need.
