Summer is much more tan hard sun and intensive hot; is also a mixture of enjoyment and hardworking according to the position you are. There is a program scheduled in each territory with great options for everybody no matter the age.
Although offers not always satisfy expectations, there is the possibility of entertainment to “relax” in hundreds of entities and places ready with devotion which have been prioritized in supplies that will guarantee a pleasant stay, according to the pleasures, preferences and finance possibilities.
There are specialized facilities for the labor sectors that will allow their attendance to enjoy together with their families.
Nevertheless, it is evident that capacities are still low, under the demand and that not all the sectors can have the same offers or at least similar to others.
On the other hand, there is not good use of the opportunities to offer the staffs of the workplaces, spaces for entertainment in summer which does not need many resources, but the creative initiative and will of the union’s administrations.
I have heard about the so called Cuban Nights in the weekends that have come traditional in some facilities. There, they can enjoy a dinner with good offers according to their finances. What highlights the most in them is the exchange in a festive and fraternal atmosphere between their comrades whom they share their work every day with a few time for entertainment.
Sumer has two times, because there are workplaces where there is a great demand in their posts. There are key sectors like commerce and gastronomy, transportation, education (because there are schools that are turned into facilities for entertainment in the neighborhoods), sports and culture, just to mention some of the most important ones.
Those linked to these events for summer have a great challenge. They should devote, long hours for vacationers from July to August. Their job is worth recognition according to the results at the end of the summer.
In this period, workers must have extreme care in hygiene, transportation and at the beaches, rivers or other areas where vacationers take baths. Enjoyment and happiness should not be tarnished for negligence and irresponsibility.
The top leaders of these entities in Cuba have paid great attention. The hard effort, against all difficulties and limitations, is worth for good and affordable offers to “recharge batteries” and start again at work with new fighting spirit.
There is something really important to alert in this article: order and discipline and massive multiplied happiness should prevail. There must be respect to leave a mark of happiness and satisfaction.

Graduado de Profesor de Educación General en el Instituto Superior Pedagógico Félix Varela, de Villa Clara, Cuba (1979). Ha laborado en la Revista Juventud Técnica, semanario En Guardia, órgano del Ejército Central, periódicos Escambray, CINCO de Septiembre y Granma. Desde el año 2007 es corresponsal de Trabajadores en la provincia de Cienfuegos. Está especializado en temas económicos y agropecuarios. En 1999 acompañó en funciones periodísticas a la segunda Brigada Médica Cubana que llegó a Honduras después del paso del huracán Mitch. Publicó el libro Verdades sin puerto (Editorial cubana MECENAS). Ha estado en otras tres ocasiones en esa nación centroamericana, en funciones periodísticas, impartiendo conferencias a estudiantes universitarios, asesorando medios de comunicación e impartiendo cursos-talleres sobre actualización periodística a periodistas y comunicadores. Multipremiado en premios y concursos internacionales, nacionales y provinciales de Periodismo. Fue merecedor del Premio Provincial Periodístico Manuel Hurtado del Valle (Cienfuegos) por la Obra de la Vida – 2012. Le fue conferido el Sello de Laureado, otorgado por el Sindicato Nacional de Trabajadores de la Cultura (SNTC). Mantiene evaluación profesional de Excepcional.
